About the Role
The Batch Plant Operator will operate and monitor batch plant systems to ensure accurate and timely production. They will maintain equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and safely load materials while managing inventory to meet production goals. Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $26.00 per hour, complemented by a 401(k) retirement plan with automatic company contributions and matching.
