About the Role

The Workplace Ambassador, reporting to the Workplace Manager within Facilities Management – Workplace Services, is responsible for delivering a premium workplace experience across multiple sites. This customer‑focused role serves as the primary point of contact for employees and oversees soft‑service operations. • Serve as primary employee contact for workplace services, handling queries, onboarding, and engagement activities. • Manage reception, visitor registration, VIP/executive guest arrangements, and maintain lobby standards. • Coordinate soft services such as housekeeping, catering, and maintenance, and oversee vendor relationships. • Monitor space utilization, support hot‑desking, manage meeting‑room bookings, and ensure workplace aesthetics. • Support health‑and‑safety protocols, emergency drills, wellness initiatives, and COVID‑19 measures. • Assist employees with workplace technology, AV setups, digital booking systems, and basic troubleshooting. • Maintain documentation, generate service reports, and track inventory and budget for workplace supplies. • Achieve employee satisfaction scores above 4.5/5, resolve 90 % of concerns at first contact, and meet 2‑hour response targets.

What You Bring

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. • Possess 3‑5 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or workplace services, preferably in a corporate setting. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and executive‑level communication skills. • Show proficiency in MS Office, workplace management systems, and familiarity with visitor‑management tools.
