About the Role
Successful candidates will drive financial management, project planning, and execution, while handling resource allocation, scope changes, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to deliver project milestones in a dynamic environment. • Serve as project controller, managing budgeting, forecasting, and tracking actuals. • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and secure approvals for approved projects. • Create and maintain detailed project plans, WBS, milestone schedules, and cost/benefit estimates. • Manage internal and external resources, contracts, and performance requirements. • Oversee scope change requests, identify risks, and develop mitigation and contingency plans. • Communicate project status across all organizational levels and foster collaborative relationships.

What You Bring
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business, IT or a related field, at least eight years of relevant experience and five to seven years of project‑management expertise, with utility experience preferred. • Require a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business, IT, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years of operations/technology/finance experience, with 5‑7 years in project management. • Preferred: formal project management training, experience with Primavera, SAP, and utility industry background.
