About the Role

• Support the North American Regional Sustainability Lead in executing the firm’s sustainability strategy. • Develop carbon reduction and climate transition plans. • Identify and implement innovative approaches to reduce Scope 3 emissions, including supplier engagement. • Collect, analyze, and calculate carbon footprint data. • Assist with ISO 14001 compliance and environmental management system improvements. • Conduct research on emerging sustainability trends to inform strategy. • Respond to sustainability questionnaires and contribute to bid responses. • Exhibit initiative, deliver high‑quality written work, and apply a structured analytical approach to problem‑solving.

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in a sustainability‑related discipline. Required expertise includes the GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, ISO 14001, ISO 26000, carbon‑footprinting, ESG disclosures, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel (Power BI is a plus). • Hold at least three years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in a sustainability‑related discipline. • Demonstrate knowledge of the GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, ISO 14001, and ISO 26000. • Experience with carbon foot‑printing, resource efficiency, and ESG disclosures. • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities. • Proficient in Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus. • Self‑motivated, capable of working independently and within a team. • Desirable: understanding of circular‑economy principles, familiarity with TCFD, IFRS S1/S2, TNFD, and membership in a professional environmental organization.
