About the Role
• Lead a team of field promoters in retail and event spaces to generate leads and boost local awareness. • Recruit, staff, train, coach, and motivate high‑performing team members. • Attend weekly management meetings and provide reporting and ROI metrics. • Serve as the public face of Mad City, communicating confidently in person. • Perform stooping, bending, reaching, and other physical tasks during promotions.

What You Bring
• Valid driver’s license and weekend availability. • Experience in face‑to‑face marketing, lead setting, canvassing, or promotion (preferred). • Prior leadership experience building and recruiting high‑performing teams. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and prioritization skills. • Stand and walk 6–8+ hours per day, outdoors in varying weather.
