About the Role
The role is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and reports to the Senior Project Manager/Project Director. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering one or more project sites within a major infrastructure programme. This position acts as part of the programme management consultant team. Key duties include supporting the senior manager in all aspects of project delivery, managing the Site Operations Team, coordinating construction logistics, permitting, commissioning and handover, and ensuring projects meet technical, budget, schedule and quality targets. The role also involves interfacing with all team sections, developing standards and best practices, collaborating with the Technical Team on constructable and value‑engineered designs, and monitoring contractor performance and QHS&E compliance. • Support the Senior Project Manager/Project Director in managing all aspects of one or more infrastructure projects. • Manage and support the Site Operations Team to ensure project goals and schedules are understood and achieved. • Coordinate construction delivery, including logistics, permitting, commissioning and handover to meet technical, budget, schedule and quality requirements. • Interface with all team sections to meet overall programme deliverables. • Develop, establish and execute standards, policies, procedures and best practices. • Liaise with the Technical Team to create design solutions that enhance constructability and value engineering. • Monitor and report on construction supervisor and contractor performance, including QHS&E compliance.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a BSc/BEng in construction management, engineering, architecture or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years of overall experience and at least 5 years in a similar senior role. Additional requirements include at least 5 years of experience working in the Middle East, strong knowledge of managing complex building projects, and demonstrated ability to lead teams of 15‑20 people. The role requires excellent report writing, communication skills and proficiency with MS Office; fluency in English is essential, while Arabic is advantageous. Desired competencies include leadership, accountability, strong customer focus, interpersonal communication, commercial and contractual awareness, and HSE awareness. • BSc/BEng in construction management, engineering, architecture or equivalent. • Minimum 15 years overall experience, with at least 5 years in a similar senior role. • At least 5 years of professional experience in the Middle East. • Proven knowledge of project and construction management for complex major building projects (residential towers, schools, mixed‑use, villas). • Experience leading teams of 15‑20 persons. • Excellent report writing, communication skills, MS Office proficiency; fluent English, Arabic advantageous. • Strong leadership and team‑management abilities with high accountability. • Customer‑focused mindset and strong interpersonal communication. • Commercial, contractual and HSE awareness.
