About the Role
As a Construction Customer Success Manager, you will retain and expand Autodesk’s construction portfolio customers. Within Construction Customer Success, you ensure ongoing adoption of our cloud solutions, fulfill customers’ desired business outcomes, and build lasting relationships, ultimately driving revenue for our construction solutions. You will report to the APAC Manager of Customer Success and act as the strategic driver for product adoption and expansion within your assigned portfolio. • Establish desired customer outcomes and manage a Customer Success Plan. • Onboard new construction customers to accelerate time to value. • Drive product usage and adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). • Coordinate diverse tasks, topics, and customers. • Identify expansion opportunities and recommend best practices for post‑purchase use. • Maintain high customer retention, work with sales for renewals, and spot expansion chances. • Conduct regular check‑ins, executive business reviews, webinars, and mentoring sessions. • Track account health to detect and mitigate churn risk. • Build trusted‑advisor relationships and advocate for customer needs within Autodesk. • Propose and implement processes to support organizational growth. • Evangelize Autodesk Construction, showcase industry outcomes, and raise awareness through relevant forums.
