About the Role

• Learn and grow as part of a customer‑focused team. • Collaborate with local managers to plan, budget and meet P&L targets. • Forecast and execute staffing plans to maximize service levels. • Measure, monitor and report on operational metrics. • Lead initiatives that boost customer satisfaction and business growth. • Coach and manage technical professionals to achieve performance goals. • Identify and develop relationships with independent HVAC contractors. • Select, negotiate and manage 3rd‑party partners to meet Reliance standards. • Review cost, quality, safety and productivity metrics and implement improvement plans. • Partner with Quality, Project Management, Training, HR and Regulatory stakeholders to enhance team performance. • Establish a “destination of choice” culture for team members, customers and partners. • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly. • Ensure HVAC gross margin exceeds targets. • Provide necessary tools, training and development programs. • Provide comprehensive benefits for employees and families. • Create clear career paths and advancement opportunities. • Motivate teams, foster collaboration and drive rapid results.

What You Bring

• Act as a self‑starter with high integrity, urgency, performance focus and attention to detail. • Possess supervisory or managerial experience overseeing field operations. • Bring HVAC and/or water‑heater technical knowledge; a Gas B ticket is an asset. • Show a proven track record in process control and productivity/quality improvement. • Exhibit excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills. • Display strong negotiation, stakeholder relationship and change‑management capabilities.
