About the Role
The Porter role is an on‑site groundskeeper responsible for daily cleaning, trash removal, pool maintenance, furniture arrangement, and maintaining curb appeal, reporting to the Community Engineering Manager. • Complete daily groundskeeping checklists and maintain exterior cleanliness • Perform landscaping upkeep between third‑party service visits • Clean and sweep swimming pools as required • Arrange property furniture per direction • Mop, vacuum, and keep amenity areas presentable throughout the day • Assist with move‑outs, turn‑overs, and move‑ins, including evenings, weekends, and overtime • Lift and move objects up to 50 lb, involving bending, stooping, and lifting

What You Bring
