About the Role
In addition to handling check‑ins and check‑outs, the agent must monitor emergency response systems, control electronic security devices, manage building access, and keep accurate daily logs and records while responding promptly to any incidents. • Monitor the Emergency Response System. • Greet and direct residents, guests, and invitees. • Operate and control electronic security systems. • Respond to emergency situations promptly and efficiently. • Control building access and maintain security logs. • Maintain daily logs, records, and required forms. • Resolve and follow up on all complaints and issues. • Ensure a safe and secure environment throughout the property. • Follow safety procedures and uphold a safe work environment.

What You Bring
The Front Desk Agent role requires strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills, along with the ability to multitask and maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor when greeting residents, guests, and service providers. Candidates should have at least one to two years of front‑desk experience, preferably in hospitality, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as effective written and verbal communication in English and Spanish, are required. The position also demands physical capabilities such as lifting 30‑50 lb, standing for long periods, and navigating the property quickly. Flexible availability for extended hours, weekends, and emergency response is essential. • Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management. • Minimum 1‑2 years front desk experience. • Hospitality experience or relevant college coursework preferred. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel). • Effective written and verbal communication in English and Spanish; additional language fluency desirable. • Ability to lift 30‑50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, reaching, and handling objects. • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record. • Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
