About the Role

The role focuses on maintaining plant equipment through both preventative and corrective maintenance. You will troubleshoot mechanical problems, implement effective solutions, and operate tools and machinery safely while supporting continuous plant operations. • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment. • Operate tools and machinery in a safe and effective manner. • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure continuous plant operations. • Keep accurate maintenance records and inspection logs. • Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. • Follow safety procedures and company regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

Accurate documentation of maintenance activities and inspections is essential. Collaboration with team members ensures smooth operations and timely issue resolution. Successful candidates must possess strong mechanical aptitude, be able to read technical manuals and schematics, and demonstrate a commitment to safety and established procedures. The position requires the ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a willingness to learn new technologies. Employment is contingent upon a post‑offer physical examination, drug screening and background check, and adherence to all company and regulatory safety standards. The work environment includes exposure to moving equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity and high noise levels, and demands frequent standing, walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 lb, and the use of personal protective equipment. • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently. • Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving abilities. • Work independently and as part of a team, adapting to new technologies. • Meet physical demands: stand, walk, climb, lift ≤ 50 lb, work at heights and in confined spaces, wear required PPE. • Complete pre‑employment physical, drug screening and background check.
