Technicians at Republic Services are essential for maintaining fleet performance and quality, handling routine and preventive maintenance on both diesel and non‑diesel equipment and trucks. After graduation, apprentices continue with twenty‑two months of on‑the‑job training, mentorship, and virtual instructor‑led technical content, with the opportunity to advance to a Level C Technician ahead of schedule.
