About the Role
The Regal Business Systems (RBS) Specialist supports the RBS Site Leader in driving operational excellence across the site. By applying the Regal Business System tools and methodologies, the specialist helps improve safety, quality, delivery, cost competitiveness, and growth, enabling top‑line revenue growth and bottom‑line profitability. Acting as a leader, coach, and doer at the Gemba, the RBS Specialist oversees the entire value chain from quote to cash for all revenue streams. Responsibilities include developing and executing the site continuous improvement roadmap, implementing lean tools such as Visual Management, 6S, TPM, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and PDCA, and supporting Model Value Stream planning and A3 execution. The specialist also manages the Kaizen portfolio, plans and sustains Kaizen events, provides master‑level RBS guidance, and acts as a change agent to enhance safety, quality, on‑time delivery, and cost reduction. • Drive operational excellence using Regal Business System tools to support safety, quality, delivery, cost competitiveness, and growth. • Lead and facilitate the site continuous improvement roadmap and lean tool implementation (Visual Management, 6S, TPM, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, PDCA). • Manage the Kaizen portfolio, plan events aligned with policy deployment, and ensure sustainable results. • Provide master‑level guidance on RBS principles, act as a change agent, and improve safety, quality, on‑time delivery, and cost reduction. • Develop problem‑solving capabilities, support leadership development programs, and deliver RBS training across the organization. • Oversee key projects/programs and assist other Regal Rexnord businesses with RBS tool deployment.

What You Bring
The role requires a B.S. degree in a STEM field, business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience, and at least three years of manufacturing or continuous‑improvement experience. Desired backgrounds include Lean Manufacturing, RBS, or other TPS frameworks, strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical problem‑solving ability, collaborative teamwork, and the capacity to prioritize and adapt to change. Additional qualities valued are self‑motivation, resilience, and excellent facilitation, training, and presentation capabilities. • Required: B.S. in STEM, Business, or related field; 3+ years in manufacturing/continuous improvement; Lean/TPS experience desired. • Strong interpersonal, analytical, collaborative problem‑solving, facilitation, and communication skills; ability to prioritize and adapt to change.
