About the Role
The Project Manager leads electrical projects from concept through delivery, ensuring they meet the company's strategic goals and customer expectations. • Review project proposals to assess timelines, budgets, procedures, staffing needs, and resource distribution across phases. • Allocate and manage resources while coordinating with service, operations, engineering, sales, and finance teams to define schedules and responsibilities. • Actively manage coordination among factory, supply chain, project resources, and customers to meet project objectives. • Ensure quality‑assurance goals are fulfilled throughout the project lifecycle. • Direct and oversee activities of project personnel, including engineers, vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field service staff, to keep projects on schedule and within budget. • Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage project expenses such as travel, timesheets, product costs, and purchase orders. • Gather customer requirements and identify additional business opportunities arising from ongoing projects. • Resolve conflicts by identifying root causes, facilitating communication, and guiding teams toward mutually agreeable solutions. • Prepare project status reports for management and customers, and compile month‑end financial reporting.

What You Bring
Effective coordination with multiple internal departments and external partners is essential to develop realistic schedules, allocate necessary resources, and monitor ongoing progress. Applicants should have a strong background in project management within the electrical field and support the organization’s dedication to diversity and equal opportunity. • Minimum of five years’ project‑management experience in the electrical industry, preferably with UPS, DC, or low/medium‑voltage systems. • Experience on Tier 1 construction sites (e.g., data centers) is highly advantageous. • Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, analytical, and time‑management skills. • Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external vendors/subcontractors to meet deadlines. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
