About the Role
Your day‑to‑day duties include greeting guests and owners, efficiently handling check‑ins and check‑outs, generating folios and processing payments, and coordinating housekeeping and maintenance requests. You will also prepare and restock the front desk with supplies, answer phone calls and direct them appropriately, and support your team by taking on additional tasks as assigned. • Welcoming guests and owners with a friendly demeanor • Handling check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently and professionally • Generating folios and processing payments accurately • Coordinating housekeeping and maintenance requests with appropriate departments • Preparing and restocking front‑desk supplies and providing local area information • Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the right team members • Supporting teammates by taking on additional tasks as assigned

What You Bring
We are seeking candidates with strong English written and verbal communication skills, solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, and excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. At least six months of customer‑service experience, preferably in hospitality, and flexible availability for weekends and holidays are required. Preferred qualifications include prior front‑desk or guest‑services experience, credit‑card transaction handling, and a background in resort hospitality. • Strong English written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Excellent multitasking, organization, and prioritization abilities • Minimum six months of customer‑service experience, preferably hospitality • Preferred: prior front‑desk/guest‑services experience • Preferred: experience handling credit‑card transactions • Preferred: background in resort hospitality
