About the Role

The role is full‑time and responsible for creating strategic and operational workforce schedules, balancing availability with demand, optimizing resource allocation, and translating annual plans into actionable rosters that meet SHEQ and WHS compliance. • Design and implement strategic workforce plans and translate them into operational rosters. • Ensure rosters support compliance with SHEQ systems and WHS requirements. • Publish rosters in advance and support site teams in delivery. • Utilise data analytics to drive efficiency and reduce overtime. • Engage with senior leadership to support strategic planning and contract mobilisations. • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback professionally and promptly. • Collaborate with Base Operations and Service Delivery teams for seamless service delivery. • Provide training and guidance on rostering systems and foster a culture of accountability. • Support team leaders in managing rosters and contribute to succession planning.

What You Bring

The successful candidate will have qualifications in Business Administration, Statistics or Data Analytics, experience in workforce planning (preferably hospitality/catering), strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, a proactive improvement mindset, and must be an Australian citizen eligible for Defence Security Clearance. • Recognised as a Veteran Employer of Choice. • Uniform and PPE supplied.
