About the Role

The role focuses on building relationships with channel partners and delivering tailored electrical distribution solutions. You will collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and supply‑chain teams to meet market objectives and drive growth in the assigned territory. • Serve as trusted advisor to channel partners, consultants, contractors, and end users, guiding design of electrical distribution systems. • Sell and promote low‑voltage, medium‑voltage, motor control, power switching, digital power, automation, services, and power‑monitoring solutions. • Connect partners to Schneider Electric’s latest offers, applications, and tools to support their commercial goals. • Collaborate with internal teams—inside sales, quotation specialists, project managers, account managers, and supply‑chain professionals—to deliver tailored solutions. • Interpret electrical plans and specifications to create winning proposals for clientele. • Drive market strategy and demand generation through multi‑layered account plans, pricing, promotions, and joint sales activities. • Exceed sales and profitability targets for the assigned territory. • Leverage Schneider Electric’s software, cloud analytics, and services to align with customers’ digital and sustainability objectives.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 + years of relevant sales experience; bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or business preferred. • Proven experience in electrical distribution or energy‑management industries and consultative sales methodologies; familiarity with Square D equipment a plus.

Benefits

The position is U.S.-based with a total compensation range of $108,000 – $163,200 per year, which includes base salary and short‑term incentive. Pay within this band is set by performance, skills, experience, and education.
