About the Role
Key duties include loading and unloading equipment, installing solar panels, rigging, assembling racking and torque tubes, laying out piles, managing wire runs, and maintaining a clean worksite by clearing debris. • Load and unload equipment and materials. • Prepare, handle, and supply materials for other crafts. • Install solar panels, rigging, racking, torque tube assemblies, and pile layouts. • Perform general cleanup, debris removal, and wire management. • Operate hand and power tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies. • Perform repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements; lift up to 50 lb (over 50 lb with assistance or equipment).
