About the Role
The Field Safety Representative II promotes the company's IIF culture by ensuring every co‑worker returns home safely each night. The role spends 100 % of time in the field observing and coaching co‑workers on correcting unsafe conditions and behaviors, may supervise lower‑level Field Safety Representatives and Coordinators, reinforces positive behavior through recognition or rewards, serves as a safety resource, and embeds with the project team to improve safety, quality, and productivity. • Promote the company's IIF culture by providing on‑site safety resources. • Assist the project in complying with all safety rules and regulations. • Conduct or support case management for safety incidents. • Ensure a safe work environment on the job site. • Participate in safety training and certifications.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in a safety‑related discipline (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of concrete construction safety experience. • Obtain OSHA 30‑hour certification within three months of employment.
