About the Role

• Collaborate with the ERP functional team to support and maintain Oracle EBS and Cloud applications. • Gather business requirements and participate in functional design discussions. • Configure and set up Oracle EBS modules and relevant Cloud applications based on business needs. • Participate in system testing for ERP changes and enhancements. • Create and update process documentation, user manuals, and training materials. • Conduct user training sessions for ERP modules and functionalities. • Support end‑users in resolving functional issues and inquiries related to the ERP system. • Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement ERP process improvements. • Learn and work with Oracle EBS modules such as Finance, Projects, Procurement, and Human Resources. • Stay updated on ERP trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. • Basic understanding of ERP concepts; exposure to Oracle E‑Business Suite is advantageous. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to translate business requirements into functional solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and end‑users. • Quick learner with eagerness to deepen ERP system knowledge. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing business needs. • Prior coursework or experience in ERP, business process management, or data analysis is a bonus. • Local candidates preferred. • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. • Attention to detail is essential. • Possess strong problem‑solving and communication abilities. • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
