What You Bring
Arcus is a leading facilities management team seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer in the Kettering area. The role involves delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a defined portfolio, providing first‑line emergency response and ensuring top‑quality service delivery. • Hold a recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance • Possess the 18th Edition qualification (essential) • Hold desirable qualifications such as F-Gas, Test & Inspection, Unvented • Have previous experience in a similar role, preferably retail or commercial • Hold a valid UK driving licence (essential) • Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently • Be IT‑proficient and able to manage workload effectively • Work field‑based with travel between client sites

The position offers a competitive salary of £35,834 or £41,210 depending on experience, full door‑to‑door pay, up to a 4 % bonus, and overtime paid at time‑and‑a‑half.
