• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems • Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations • Provide technical support and expertise across multiple sites • Liaise with customers to deliver outstanding service • Support and mentor apprentices and junior engineers • Participate in on‑call duty (1 in 4 weeks)

The role involves delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a defined portfolio, providing first‑line emergency response and ensuring top‑quality service delivery. • Hold a recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance • Possess the 18th Edition qualification (essential) • Hold desirable qualifications such as F-Gas, Test & Inspection, Unvented • Have previous experience in a similar role, preferably retail or commercial • Hold a valid UK driving licence (essential) • Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently • Be IT‑proficient and able to manage workload effectively • Work field‑based with travel between client sites

The position offers a competitive salary of £35,834 or £41,210 depending on experience, full door‑to‑door pay, up to a 4 % bonus, and overtime paid at time‑and‑a‑half.
