What You Bring

Galliford Try is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Asset Management Division and lead new business development for the AVRS & Capital Maintenance business, covering the UK. • Degree level preferred, but not required. • Deep understanding of value‑based selling. • Proven negotiating and securing high‑value/margin contracts in related sectors (e.g., Energy). • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to build and sustain long‑term relationships with high‑value clients. • Strong analytical mindset to identify and capitalize on profitable market opportunities. • Willingness to travel domestically. • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., CX Manager) and developing Strategic Business Development Plans.
