Job Highlights
About the Role
• Develop digital and print media content, including websites, newsletters, fact sheets, and social media posts. • Maintain up-to-date program details and a repository of program information in shared team folders. • Partner with outside vendors for printing and mail house fulfillment. • Support digital marketing initiatives by monitoring and optimizing websites, creating and tracking email marketing campaigns, and supporting search engine optimization and digital ad campaigns. • Curate and copyedit content for collateral using client and internal sources. • Be prepared to submit writing and design samples upon request • Prepare agendas and document action items to support marketing meetings. • Assist with marketing report creation. • Log and track budget items to ensure remaining on or under budget. • Design print and digital collateral. • Collaborate with industry partners to develop content and cross-promote programs. • Research and coordinate events and speaking opportunities. • Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies as outlined in annual marketing plans. • Conduct market research.

What You Bring
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign and Photoshop • Understanding of SEO and web analytics including platforms like Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, GA4 • Skilled in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Familiar with content management systems (CMS) and website service platforms including WordPress, using the Avada website builder • Familiar with executing email campaigns, conducting surveys, and event management • Familiar with SharePoint folders and document storage • Intermediate-level Excel knowledge
