About the Role
The role provides alarm and incident monitoring, dispatching, emergency and non‑emergency security messaging, and incident escalation worldwide, operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week for an organization that spans hundreds of locations and serves over 100,000 people in more than 100 countries. This global coverage ensures continuous protection and rapid response across all sites. Employees are expected to work unsupervised while maintaining professionalism and adhering to standard operating procedures for emergencies, evacuations, security, and incident reporting. They also promote health and safety by practicing micro‑pausing, stretching, and modeling the Transformation Code of Conduct. • Respond to access control alarms and customer calls promptly. • Handle internal and external customer emails. • Answer all incoming calls efficiently and professionally. • Take ownership of inquiries and ensure follow‑through. • Ensure compliance with emergency, evacuation, security, and incident reporting procedures. • Promote personal and workplace health‑safety practices, such as micro‑pausing and stretching. • Model the Transformation Code of Conduct. • Apply strong analytical and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings knowledge of the security industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. They thrive in team environments, are proficient with Microsoft Office 365, and possess analytical, organized, and priority‑management abilities. Experience in a Global Security Operations Center or a background in security, military, law enforcement, or emergency services is preferred. The position requires flexibility to work in shifts and on‑site presence at the GSOC located in Hyderabad. Candidates must be fully vaccinated against Covid‑19 unless they have a valid medical or sincerely held religious exemption. • Possess knowledge of the security industry. • Demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, and composure under pressure. • Communicate proactively and speak up when needed. • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word). • Preferred: experience working in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). • Optional: background in security, military, law enforcement, or emergency services. • Ability to work rotating shifts. • Willingness to work on‑site at the GSOC in Hyderabad. • Must be fully vaccinated against Covid‑19 unless exempt for medical or religious reasons.
