About the Role
The Outside Sales Representative – HVAC & Commercial will rent and sell portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and temporary heaters within an assigned territory. The role serves a mix of commercial customers, contractors, and event companies while cultivating existing accounts and developing new ones. What You Bring
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in equipment rental or HVAC, along with at least two years of direct sales experience and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance. Success in this role relies on a solution‑selling track record, high‑volume sales capability, and strong project‑management, business‑development, and customer‑retention skills.
