About the Role
The Site Systems Analyst provides hardware, software, and telecommunication support for remote and branch offices. The role evaluates technical needs, designs and implements solutions, and performs desktop installations and upgrades in alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy, vision, and values. • Partner with project teams to design internet, speed, and IT service options, including cost estimates. • Coordinate digital workstation, kiosk, and printer setups with logistics on job sites. • Gather job‑site requirements, obtain provider packages, and ensure they meet budget constraints. • Communicate continuously with internal IT and external service providers to schedule installations and low‑voltage work. • Manage onsite installation and testing of IT services to confirm proper operation. • Provide technology training, end‑user support, and assistance with system utilization. • Oversee network connectivity and system access for other IT systems. • Monitor and adjust job‑site IT services throughout the project duration. • Arrange disconnection of equipment and services with project teams and providers. • Perform onsite hardware maintenance and repairs for workstations, printers, telephones, and networking equipment. • Respond to Help Desk tickets requiring onsite technical support. • Maintain project site data records, including circuits, asset inventory, consultants, and vendors. • Ensure equipment operation, perform troubleshooting, and keep hardware in working order. • Apply new technologies to increase productivity and adapt to changes. • Build relationships and collaborate with internal and external teams.

It offers a career path to Sr. Site Systems Analyst. • Demonstrate PC hardware, operating system, and component knowledge; troubleshoot technical issues. • Possess basic networking and telecommunications understanding; resolve complex problems quickly. • Bachelor’s degree in computer technology or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience. • Minimum 2 + years of help‑desk or desktop support experience (required). • 2 + years working with ISPs and network setup (preferred).
