About the Role
• Review and manage operations to ensure technical product quality. • Establish long‑range objectives, goals, and plans for the assigned team. • Provide technical and management leadership to the team. • Develop marketing program aligned with discipline goals. • Advise and assist professionals in other groups when expert knowledge is needed. • Manage activities to achieve adequate profit on all projects. • Review monthly productivity and labor hour utilization, report and adjust as needed. • Assign projects to staff and schedule work. • Evaluate employee performance in accordance with company policy.

What You Bring
• Require a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. • Minimum 10 + years of professional experience as an Electrical Engineer. • Demonstrated effective leadership across large employee groups. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and AGI design software. • Ability to read, write, and understand English for job‑related communications.
