About the Role

The Soft Services Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating non‑technical facility services such as cleaning, waste management and pest control. This role ensures high‑quality service delivery, vendor management, and client satisfaction across assigned properties or portfolios. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of soft services—cleaning, janitorial, catering, landscaping, and waste management—monitoring service quality through regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while coordinating with hard services teams. The role manages relationships with multiple soft‑service vendors and subcontractors, monitors contract performance against SLAs and KPIs, conducts vendor evaluations, negotiates service agreements, resolves performance issues, and ensures cost‑effective delivery within approved budgets. Serving as the primary point of contact for tenants and building occupants, the executive conducts regular client meetings and satisfaction surveys, addresses service complaints promptly, and prepares service reports and performance dashboards for stakeholders. Quality assurance duties involve developing and implementing quality‑control procedures and inspection protocols, maintaining compliance with local regulations, building codes, and corporate standards, keeping detailed service records, and coordinating periodic audits with improvement recommendations. • Oversee daily soft‑service operations (cleaning, janitorial, catering, landscaping, waste management) and conduct regular quality inspections. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and coordinate with hard‑services teams. • Manage multiple vendors, monitor contracts against SLAs/KPIs, negotiate agreements and resolve performance issues within budget. • Serve as primary liaison for tenants, conduct client meetings, address service complaints, and produce regular performance reports. • Develop and implement quality‑control procedures, maintain compliance records, and lead periodic audits and improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or related field, 3‑5 years of experience in facilities management or soft‑services coordination, strong vendor management and contract administration skills, excellent communication and client service abilities, and proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office. Core competencies are problem‑solving, analytical thinking, attention to detail, strong organizational and time‑management skills, the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, and professional communication and interpersonal skills. The position is on‑site in Bengaluru, KA, with a scheduled weekly workload of 48 hours. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and 3‑5 years’ experience in facilities management or soft‑services coordination. • Demonstrate strong vendor management, contract administration, communication skills, and proficiency in FM software and Microsoft Office. • Exhibit problem‑solving, attention to detail, organizational, time‑management and professional interpersonal abilities.
