About the Role
The Aerial Foreman supports all phases of utility construction on telecom projects, installing and repairing aerial CATV, coaxial, and fiber cable. You will place, relocate, or remove poles, lines, and wire, and establish safety perimeters with signage, cones, and barriers. Reviewing project plans and specifications ensures work follows approved designs, while directing onsite activities, leading in‑house crews, and maintaining documentation keep the project on schedule. • Install and repair aerial CATV, coaxial, and fiber cable. • Place, relocate, or remove poles and wire to maintain efficient operation. • Set up safety perimeters with signage, cones, and barriers. • Review project plans and specifications to ensure design compliance. • Direct onsite activities and lead in‑house crews. • Complete documentation, record crew time, and communicate with supervisors. • Oversee daily schedules, deliveries, and crew productivity. • Perform coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, and both aerial and underground construction. • Operate bucket trucks and digger Derek trucks; lift up to 70 lb and climb up to 35 ft. • Work evenings, weekends, and on‑call as needed in all weather conditions. • Mentor and coach team members, demonstrating strong leadership.

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates who prioritize safety, have at least three years of telecommunications construction experience, and possess a strong track record of quality work. Required skills include coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, aerial and underground construction, and the ability to operate bucket trucks and digger Derek trucks. Certifications such as OSHA 10, CPR, and flagging, along with the physical ability to lift 70 lb and climb 35 ft, are essential, as is willingness to work evenings, weekends, and on‑call in all weather conditions. • Apply 3+ years of telecom construction experience and OSHA‑10, CPR, flagging certifications.
