About the Role
The Senior Vice President of GTM Operations reports to the Chief Customer Revenue Officer and serves as the enterprise architect of Equinix’s commercial execution system. This role translates strategic ambition into operational precision across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Enablement, Compensation, Deal Desk, GTM Transformation, and Commercial Operations, aligning people, processes, systems, and data to drive revenue performance, customer experience, and commercial simplicity at scale. Key responsibilities include designing a unified go‑to‑market operating model that links strategic planning to frontline execution, leading a senior leadership team spanning multiple functional areas, overseeing pricing discipline and the Deal Desk, institutionalizing customer lifecycle management, governing commercial performance and forecasting, and driving enterprise‑wide GTM transformation in partnership with product, finance, and technology. • Design and lead a unified GTM operating model linking strategy to frontline execution. • Align segmentation, coverage, sales motions, pricing discipline, and lifecycle execution with enterprise and regional priorities. • Lead senior leadership team across Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Enablement, Compensation, Deal Desk, GTM Transformation, and Commercial Operations. • Set vision, strategy, and performance goals; foster empowerment, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Oversee GTM Deal Desk, integrate pricing into sales motions, incentive design, and revenue planning. • Champion pricing governance, AI‑enabled insights, and metrics to improve outcomes and accelerate deal velocity. • Institutionalize customer lifecycle management with clear ownership, integrated handoffs, and measurement. • Govern commercial performance management, forecasting, productivity diagnostics, and pipeline health through dashboards and cadences. • Align capacity, compensation, quota, and territory decisions via cross‑functional planning cycles. • Lead enterprise GTM transformation, enable change adoption, and represent operations in board‑facing discussions. • Offer Employee Assistance Program.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading go‑to‑market strategy, sales or revenue operations at a senior (VP+) level, a track record of creating strategic plans for $5 billion‑plus businesses, strong stakeholder‑influence skills, and the ability to lead cross‑functional, matrixed teams in fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environments.
