About the Role

Property managers work independently across multiple locations, assess customer storage needs, suggest and sell packing and moving supplies, perform daily unit inspections to ensure inventory availability, audit cash drawers and make bank deposits, and keep customers current on payments through reminder and collection calls. • Independently manage multiple locations, assess customer needs, and sell packing/moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections and maintain inventory availability. • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment collections. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. • Perform cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal.

What You Bring
