About the Role
The role works with the Electrical Engineering Service & Systems (EESS) group to deliver on-site engineering and technical support for electrical equipment maintenance, new equipment commissioning, custom modifications, wiring, controls, drives and breakers. You will assist field-service personnel, generate detailed customer reports, adhere to safety practices, manage paperwork, and maintain a high level of work quality while being available for evenings and weekends as customer needs dictate. • Provide on-site engineering and technical assistance for equipment maintenance, commissioning, modifications, wiring, controls, drives, and breakers. • Assist field service personnel with a wide variety of electrical tasks. • Prepare detailed reports for customers describing the scope of work performed. • Follow required safety practices and maintain high‑quality work standards. • Manage paperwork and office procedures as needed.

What You Bring
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a co-op program in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology, possess a valid unrestricted driver’s licence, and be willing to travel to customer sites using a company vehicle. Acceptable experience ranges from 0-5 years in manufacturing, electrical controls, or power-distribution products, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required. The employer does not provide relocation assistance or sponsorship; applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada on a continuous basis. Benefits
The position is slated to begin on May 1, 2026, with an hourly wage range of $22-$26. Salary is a guideline and will be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, market conditions, and business considerations.
