About the Role
The SAP SLT Consultant will lead the setup, configuration, and activation of SLT replication for both SAP and non‑SAP source systems. This includes designing replication models such as table‑level replication, filtering, transformation rules, and tuning performance, as well as managing initial loads, delta replication, and post‑load corrections. The consultant will enable data integration for major transformation programs such as SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance, and analytics platforms, providing end‑to‑end replication solutions across SAP and non‑SAP environments, reporting to the General Manager. The position also supports global integration landscapes and may involve Central Finance projects, HANA, AIF, Interface Management, or ETL tools. • Lead setup, configuration, and activation of SLT replication for SAP and non‑SAP systems. • Design and implement replication models with filtering, transformation rules, and performance tuning. • Manage initial data loads, delta replication, and post‑load corrections. • Apply 5–10 years of SAP SLT implementation experience to support large‑scale, multi‑system landscapes. • Troubleshoot SLT triggers, logging tables, RFC connections, and use HANA Studio for issue resolution. • Analyze data inconsistencies and devise effective remediation strategies. • Document configurations and communicate technical details to stakeholders. • Support Central Finance projects and integrate with HANA, AIF, Interface Management, or ETL tools. • Contribute to Schneider Electric’s sustainability initiatives within an inclusive, ethical workplace.

What You Bring
The role requires 5–10 years of hands‑on SAP SLT implementation and support experience, strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation, filtering, and performance tuning, and the ability to support large‑scale replication in multi‑system landscapes. A deep understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA data structures, troubleshooting SLT triggers, logging tables, RFC connections, and HANA Studio, along with strong communication and documentation skills, is essential.
