About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor organizes, directs, and manages the overall maintenance and preservation of the community, ensuring all areas remain market‑ready, occupied, and well‑maintained. This role works hands‑on, oversees staff, and collaborates with the Property Manager on budget and expenditures. • Direct and oversee maintenance staff to ensure community areas are properly maintained. • Monitor, support, and improve team performance by assisting with skill development. • Maintain proper inventory levels and order supplies as needed. • Perform hands‑on, market‑ready, occupied, and preventative maintenance accurately and timely. • Obtain bids, interact with contractors, and stay knowledgeable of competitive supply pricing. • Collaborate with the Property Manager to manage community maintenance budget and expenditures.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates possess strong leadership and team‑building skills, a track record of excellence in apartment maintenance, and at least five years of management or supervisory experience in residential settings. Required credentials include a Type II A/C or Universal certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. • Demonstrated leadership and team‑building abilities. • Minimum five years of apartment management or supervisory experience. • Proven experience in apartment maintenance. • Hold Type II A/C Certification or Universal certification. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Valid driver’s license. • Ability to direct, motivate, train, and develop subordinates.
