About the Role

The Territory Manager, MEP is a field‑based role responsible for a portfolio of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing accounts. You will conduct regular in‑person visits, build strong relationships with key decision makers, and drive top‑line sales through strategic planning, lead generation, and accountability to performance metrics. Key duties include prospecting new accounts, managing existing MEP business, executing go‑to‑market strategies, and leveraging product, service, and marketing programs to achieve sales targets for power tools, hand tools, and accessories. You will also provide distributor and end‑user training, analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop growth plans, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and manage travel expenses, MAP budget, and field schedule while traveling up to 50 % overnight. • Manage and grow a territory of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) accounts through regular in‑person visits. • Execute go‑to‑market strategies, product services, marketing programs, and targeted funds to meet sales targets for power tools, hand tools, and accessories. • Conduct distributor and end‑user training sessions and drive conversion of leads into sales. • Analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to create strategic growth plans and improve financial performance. • Maintain accurate Salesforce.com records of work plans, visit logs, and customer data. • Manage travel expenses, MAP budget, and field schedule while traveling up to 50 % overnight. • Communicate market opportunities, issues, and trends to management and marketing teams.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will have 1‑3 years of product, commercial, or industrial sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks.
