About the Role
The Piping Foreman will supervise a crew of pipefitters, coordinate material orders, develop look‑ahead schedules, interact with customers, general contractors, owners, and inspectors, attend job‑site meetings, oversee pipe installation and equipment setting, manage production to meet labor hour estimates, and schedule material and prefab deliveries. They must ensure work complies with contract drawings, specifications, codes, maintain a clean work area, follow OSHA safety regulations, and supervise pipe testing and flushing. • Lead and supervise a pipefitter crew on commercial projects. • Order materials, schedule prefab deliveries, and develop look‑ahead plans. • Coordinate with customers, general contractors, owners, and inspectors. • Oversee pipe installation, equipment setting, testing, and flushing. • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and OSHA safety standards. • Manage job‑site production to meet estimated labor hours. • Maintain a clean, organized work area.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least five years of commercial piping experience, be able to lift up to 50 lb unassisted, hold an OSHA 30 certification (preferred), possess reliable transportation and their tools, demonstrate strong leadership, communication, safety commitment, and excellent attendance. • Minimum 5 years commercial piping experience; ability to lift 50 lb. • OSHA 30 certification preferred; reliable transportation and personal tools required. • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, safety focus, and perfect attendance.
