About the Role

The Technician position supports Sunbelt’s fast‑growing rental business by performing preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on a variety of equipment, including aerial work platforms, construction tools, generators, pumps, HVAC and oil‑and‑gas gear. The role focuses on safety and effectiveness to minimize downtime for customers. • Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models, and equipment. • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with trade‑school training preferred, and at least five years of experience servicing diesel, heavy‑equipment or specialty‑line machinery. Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, as well as the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment, is essential. The job requires physical activity such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching and lifting 50 lb or more, and work may be performed indoors or outdoors as needed.
