About the Role
The role involves safely operating a heavy‑duty truck on transfer routes to perform assigned duties. This position does not include supervisory responsibilities and requires cooperation with Operations Managers and Dispatch to ensure efficient and safe service. • Operate a heavy‑duty truck in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company policies. • Complete pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections using DVIR and report any issues. • Dump containers, clean the customer site, and position containers upright with lids secured. • Communicate customer requests, incidents, and service issues to Dispatch or Operations Manager. • Follow assigned routes, assist other drivers as directed, and submit all required documentation. • Participate in scheduled trainings, briefings, and safety meetings.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑B) and be at least 18 years old. No formal education or prior experience is required, but candidates must pass a DOT drug screen, physical, background check, and maintain an acceptable driving record. A REAL ID or TSA‑approved alternative may be needed for travel requirements. • Maintain an acceptable driving record and possess a CDL‑B (minimum age 18). • Pass pre‑employment DOT drug screening, physical, background check, and obtain a REAL ID if required.
