About the Role
This is a 100 % travel position. As a Field Technician III you support the maintenance and operation of generators, HVAC systems, and telecommunication site infrastructures, ensuring work is done right and up to the highest standards. You will prepare construction sites, assist tradespeople, interpret customer plans, and deliver superior customer service while adhering to OSHA and other industry regulations. Responsibilities also include conducting due diligence, reviewing peer work, and performing other assigned duties. • Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and hazards. • Assist tradespeople to complete skilled tasks more effectively. • Read and understand customer detail plans. • Provide superior customer service while performing job functions timely, efficiently, accurately, and safely. • Adhere to company and industry standards/regulations (OSHA, etc.). • Conduct due diligence for multiple projects prior to fieldwork. • Review peer work products.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a valid driver’s license (Class A CDL preferred), has construction experience—including equipment operation, concrete and asphalt work—and presents professionally. Strong communication, blueprint reading, machinery operation skills, and a commitment to OSHA‑compliant safety practices are required. • Valid driver’s license; Class A CDL highly desired. • Construction experience, including equipment operation, concrete, asphalt patching, and form board setting. • Professional appearance and strong verbal communication with staff, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers. • Ability to operate machinery such as backhoes, mini excavators, and skid steers. • Ability to read blueprints and job‑related documents. • Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures and commitment to safe work practices. • Ability to learn from instruction and self‑study.
