About the Role
The Injection Well Laborer works under close supervision, receiving detailed work instructions and applying basic judgment to resolve routine issues. The role involves troubleshooting basic problems, identifying deviations from accepted practices, and maintaining the Deep Well work area by organizing and loading materials and checking tools and equipment. Key responsibilities include overall maintenance and upkeep of the disposal area to ensure clean, orderly, and safe conditions, which may involve operating lawn mowers, weed eaters, or other small hand tools. The laborer must follow all safety regulations, sample incoming trucks, load and unload materials, pull batch samples for lab testing, and perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment while reporting any faults to the supervisor.
