About the Role

The engineer will design, build, test, and deploy scalable, reusable applications that handle large data volumes, taking ownership from development through production support. What You Bring

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person institution and possess at least seven years of professional software development experience. Required skills include strong object‑oriented programming, proficiency with modern server‑side languages and frameworks (C#, .NET, Web API, Node), front‑end technologies (JavaScript, React), relational databases (SQL Server), and adherence to software development best practices such as code reviews, source control, testing, and operations. Preferred qualifications include cloud platform experience (AWS or Azure), strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and familiarity with NoSQL databases like Redis or Neo4j. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person college or university. • Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience. • Strong object‑oriented programming expertise. • Proficiency with modern server‑side languages and frameworks (C#, .NET, Web API, Node). • Knowledge of modern front‑end technologies (JavaScript, React, etc.). • Expertise with relational databases such as SQL Server. • Experience with software development best practices, including code reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations. • Proficiency with source control tools like Git or TFS. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is preferred. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (Redis, Neo4j, etc.) is a plus.
