About the Role

What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager, or a high‑performing supervisor ready to advance, to oversee the onsite delivery of water infrastructure in an electrical capacity. The role is a key leadership position within one of Victoria’s most vital infrastructure programs and offers the chance to shape safety, culture and quality as we move toward a renewable energy future. Ideal candidates are practical leaders who thrive in complex site environments, have a solid grounding in power infrastructure and a strong safety commitment. A trade or tertiary qualification, an electrical/mechanical fitter’s licence and a Certificate IV in WHS are preferred, together with experience on water, power transmission or substation projects and civil works. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders are essential. • Hold an electrical/mechanical fitter’s licence and preferably a Certificate IV in WHS. • Possess experience on water, power transmission, substation, or civil infrastructure projects. • Demonstrate strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement. • Enjoy internal mobility, succession planning and redeployment opportunities within Energy & Utilities.
