About the Role
The Senior Project Manager leads real estate funded projects in the Carolinas, reporting to a regional Director and collaborating closely with the Portfolio Transactions team, Workplace Planning team, individual Business Units, and client‑contracted vendors. The role requires defining project scope, creating high‑level plans, establishing schedule and budget guidelines, and supporting technology project creation (PMATT) while participating in recurring PMATT calls throughout each project's lifecycle. Key duties include gathering client requirements, guiding design teams through schematic and development phases, securing design approvals, assisting with value engineering, leading client and vendor meetings, reviewing construction documents, and ensuring successful project completion through regular site visits. • Determine and confirm project scope; develop high‑level plans, schedule, and budget. • Support and participate in PMATT technology project creation and recurring calls. • Gather client real‑estate requirements and provide direction to design teams. • Coordinate design approvals for architecture, furniture, and finishes; assist with value engineering. • Lead recurring client and vendor meetings; prepare agendas and minutes. • Review construction documents, approve modifications, and ensure design compliance. • Use client project‑management software to issue purchase orders and process invoices. • Conduct regular site visits across the Carolinas; primary work location at client facility. • Communicate complex data clearly and build strong relationships with senior management. • Manage 10–20 concurrent projects, prioritizing and tracking progress independently.

What You Bring
The incumbent must communicate effectively in English, possess advanced knowledge of real‑estate planning, construction costs, budgeting, and scheduling, build strong relationships across teams, and be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Project. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in construction science, real estate, architecture, design, or a related field, or at least ten years of corporate real‑estate experience, alongside eight to ten years of relevant project‑management experience. The position requires office presence at an AT&T facility, travel throughout the Carolinas for site visits, and offers a compensation range of $123,250 to $145,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package. • Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Excel and Project; develop multi‑phase schedules with high accuracy. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in construction, real estate, architecture, design, or a minimum of ten years corporate real‑estate experience; 8–10+ years in project management. • Travel as required; work in AT&T office; eligible for health, vision, dental, retirement, and other benefit programs.
