About the Role

The Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire fleet of primary and secondary equipment, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and supporting designated projects. This role requires coordination across multiple sites and adherence to company-wide strategies. The position encompasses coaching field staff, conducting site assessments, and communicating performance findings. It also involves extensive travel, acting as a liaison between corporate and field teams, and promoting a safety‑first culture. • Coach and develop field‑based Fleet Managers to transfer key business processes. • Conduct site assessments and audits to identify maintenance performance improvements. • Communicate observations and corrective actions to the Group Fleet Director, corporate management, and field staff. • Travel up to 40 weeks per year to support fleet maintenance initiatives. • Serve as liaison between corporate and field staff, supporting COMPASS activities. • Promote a customer‑focused, results‑oriented, safety‑first culture within the fleet/maintenance organization. • Provide training and coaching to frontline employees to ensure consistent performance and safety.
