About the Role

The CX Administrative Assistant (CXAA) is the primary point of contact and receptionist at the AAON Exploration Center, providing essential support to the Sales and Marketing Departments. The role requires outstanding organizational abilities, a sense of urgency, strong communication skills, and a customer‑centric mindset. By supporting critical elements of customer experiences, the CXAA assists sales and marketing teams with planning, organization, and day‑to‑day activities. The CXAA handles day‑to‑day receptionist duties, maintains the customer‑visit schedule, and prepares meetings and events at the AAON Experience Center. They create purchase orders, receive materials, and manage inventory of marketing collateral, swag, and related items, ensuring professional presentation for customers. The assistant reviews and tracks marketing expenses, submits project and marketing requests for stakeholders, and provides administrative support for sales and marketing events and projects. Collaboration with the AAON events team is essential, as the CXAA offers support for events at both the Exploration Center and the AAON Mobile Experience. The role also includes attending marketing‑related events, handling on‑site needs for customers, executives, and staff, and completing other duties as assigned. • Serve as receptionist and primary contact at the AAON Exploration Center • Manage customer visit schedules and prepare meetings/events • Create purchase orders, receive shipments, and inventory marketing collateral and swag • Organize and present marketing materials for customer interactions • Track and review marketing expenses for the Exploration Center and Mobile Experience • Submit project and marketing requests on behalf of stakeholders • Provide administrative support for sales and marketing events and projects • Collaborate with the events team to support on‑site activities • Attend and support marketing‑related events at both locations
