About the Role
The Facility Manager will lead the delivery of facility management services, operations, and repairs for a portfolio of 30‑40 retail banking locations owned by a global financial services firm. Reporting to the Senior Facility Manager, the role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the defined Scope of Work, company policies, and business plan objectives. The manager will oversee daily management activities and be accountable for the financial performance of the portfolio. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing janitorial, life‑safety, and other operational services in line with Cushman & Wakefield policies and ownership directives. The manager will supervise all interior and exterior maintenance programs, oversee contract administration, conduct regular reviews and bidding, and ensure invoices align with contract pricing. A prompt and positive response to occupant requests and adherence to Service Level Agreements are also required. The role actively participates in the preparation of operating plans, budgets, financial reports, contracts, expenditures, and purchase orders for the facilities. It assists in developing capital budgets and contributes to a five‑year plan aimed at maintenance, facility improvements, and cost‑reduction initiatives. Ongoing collection, analysis, and reporting of statistical data support accurate assessment of facility management objectives. • Direct delivery of facility management services for 30‑40 retail banking locations • Ensure day‑to‑day operations, including janitorial and life‑safety services, comply with policies • Manage and review contracts, conduct bidding, and verify invoices against pricing • Supervise interior and exterior maintenance programs and maintain property appearance • Respond promptly to occupant requests and uphold Service Level Agreements • Participate in operating plan and budget preparation, financial reporting, and purchase orders • Contribute to five‑year capital budget, maintenance, improvement, and cost‑reduction initiatives • Collect, analyze, and report facility management performance data • Lead department operations, budgeting, personnel management in a fixed‑cost environment • Administer vendor contracts, control finances, and ensure quality assurance • Build effective relationships with team members, department heads, and clients • Drive programs to eliminate cost inefficiencies and improve operational performance • Meet physical demands of traveling between floors and buildings, and prolonged standing or sitting

What You Bring
Candidates must demonstrate commercial acumen and hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with CFM/FMA certifications preferred. Required experience includes using accounting systems such as Yardi, leading a department with business planning and budgeting responsibilities, managing operations in a fixed‑cost environment, and overseeing vendor contracts and staff. Strong communication, team collaboration, and the ability to drive cost‑efficiency programs are essential. • Demonstrate commercial acumen and hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Possess CFM/FMA certifications (preferred) and experience with Yardi accounting systems

The position involves regular travel between floors and buildings, exposure to varying outdoor weather conditions, and prolonged periods of standing or sitting.
