About the Role
The role combines technical and administrative duties to provide office support for construction and construction‑management projects, allowing Project Managers to focus on high‑level matters. The incumbent serves as a liaison among internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers, handling tasks such as bid support, budget tracking, reporting, payments, permits, and vendor management. • Support Project Managers with bids and projects • Track job labor and budgets • Organize and maintain all project files and compile reports • Process payment requests and lien waivers • Request and monitor certificates of insurance for subcontractors • Prepare, edit, and review reports, distributing drafts and final versions to appropriate personnel • Set up vendor accounts, contracts, and purchase orders • Assist in assembling progress reports for Owner submission • Assist in acquiring project permits • Build effective working relationships with diverse businesses and individuals • Provide top‑notch customer service • Maintain strong organizational and filing systems • Deliver accurate work products in a timely manner • Apply basic bookkeeping skills to support office and client projects • Support computer equipment setup and updates
