About the Role

What You Bring

Lee Company’s FM2 facility maintenance and management team is seeking experienced Commercial/Industrial Technicians to handle documentation, software programming, and maintenance for various HVAC and process control systems. The role includes building automation system (BAS) commissioning and training facility operators, as well as integrating multiple facility systems using protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and SCADA. Candidates must hold a Universal EPA Certification, a high school diploma or higher, and have at least five years of industrial HVAC service/maintenance experience along with five years of BAS/controls experience. Preferred qualifications include certifications from Siemens, Honeywell, or Trane and advanced knowledge of IT networks and Microsoft SQL. Essential skills encompass a strong grasp of BAS communication protocols, electrical theory, blueprint reading, HVAC, hydronic, and air‑side systems, as well as proficiency with VFDs, test‑and‑balance procedures, and BAS programming. Applicants should also demonstrate analytical problem‑solving abilities, effective communication, teamwork, leadership, and a commitment to safety and quality management. • Hold a Universal EPA Certification and at least 5 years of industrial HVAC service/maintenance experience. • Possess a minimum of 5 years of BAS/controls experience and a high school diploma or higher. • Demonstrate knowledge of BAS communication protocols, electrical theory, blueprint reading, HVAC and hydronic systems, VFDs, and test‑and‑balance procedures. • Proficient in Windows OS, BAS engineering software, IT networking, Microsoft SQL, and Microsoft Office. • Ability to develop scopes of work, analyze data, and solve technical problems independently and in teams. • Strong customer service, oral and written communication, teamwork, leadership, and safety practices.
