About the Role
• Provide commercial and technical leadership to engineering teams, managing workloads, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. • Lead design and delivery of highways, drainage, and related infrastructure for complex, multidisciplinary developments. • Oversee project management across a portfolio of schemes, ensuring coordination and successful execution. • Support business development efforts to secure new work in property and development sectors.

What You Bring
• Possess significant experience in UK development‑led infrastructure engineering, typically from private or consultancy firms. • Hold a Civil Engineering degree and Chartered Engineer status (MICE) or be progressing toward chartership. • Demonstrate strong technical capability in highway and access road design, including geometry, earthworks, pavements, drainage, and underground services.
