About the Role

• Install conduit, cabling, and low‑voltage security devices. • Work with Lead Installers to meet safety standards and client specifications. • Follow construction practices and safety protocols with meticulous attention to detail. • Interpret drawings to install low‑voltage security systems. • Support installation personnel and troubleshoot during start‑up or commissioning. • Prepare as‑built drawings and operation & maintenance manuals. • Provide up‑to‑date as‑built information (sensor, panel locations, codes, etc.).

What You Bring

The position is classified into three levels. Level I requires supervision to achieve many objectives and ensures timely communication. Level II consistently meets all objectives and provides mentorship and day‑to‑day supervision to Level I staff. The Senior level denotes a highly experienced professional with advanced management skills, deep understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and integrate low‑voltage security and special systems. Candidates should submit a resume and cover letter outlining relevant experience, qualifications, certifications, and successful project examples. Only individuals authorized to work indefinitely in the U.S. will be considered, and future sponsorship is not available. • Minimum qualifications: high school diploma, 2+ years BAS or commercial electrical experience, basic computer skills, construction industry knowledge, clear verbal and written communication, ability to pass a background check, valid driver’s license. • Preferred qualifications: 3+ years BAS/electrical experience, proficiency with volt/amp meters, ability to troubleshoot circuits, knowledge of low/high‑voltage AC circuitry. • Essential physical functions: lift/carry ladders, drawings, computers, up to 50 lb; stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders; maintain satisfactory driving record; kneel, stoop, crawl; work outdoors and in varied conditions with exposure to live voltage, machinery, weather, and other hazards; accurate color vision required.
